Submitted queries are retained indefinitely under the training license described in the Terms. There is no deletion mechanism.
DCFN-Bio requires an account to run an analysis; access is by Try-It code (Request to Try), and runs are metered against your account. We collect your email and account credentials to operate your account. Your submitted query is processed only to produce the analysis and is never used for marketing or sold to third parties.
No identified patient data, no clinical records, no PHI should be submitted. The engine is not designed for that data class.
